Their integral reputation elevates the commercial culture of the desk while serving as a trusted senior representative of the electronic trading franchise.10+ years of experience covering institutional clients with direct accountability for revenue origination, growth, and relationship ownership.Proven success as a revenue‑producing electronic sales trader with deep low‑touch and algorithmic expertise.Strong execution credibility across market structure, TCA analysis, workflow optimization, and performance diagnostics, ideally from performance‑led platform environments.Please note the base salary for this role at the Director level is $275,000 USD / at the MD level is $350,000 USD.Salary:Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
