SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Our clients are seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in a dynamic educational setting. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about working with children of diverse learning needs. CLIENT'S LOCATION Schools are located in Oak Forest and surrounding areas. DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide classroom support under the direction of the lead teacher Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities Support students with behavioral management and social development Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision (e.g., lunch, recess) Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or higher preferred) DTG ADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioural‑health Compensation processed weekly Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule Accessibility to grow professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc.
