• Uncapped commission — $42,109 to $104,243 per year
• Your income is driven by your effort — top performers consistently hit six figures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred
• Minimum 1 year of proven success in retail sales, wireless sales, or a customer-facing role preferred (not required — we'll train the right person)
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, stand for extended periods, and travel to local events for setup and teardown
• Preferred Languages: English; bilingual Spanish a plus at select locations
