Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the full scope of each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate their goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during therapy sessions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure that clients in acute distress receive comprehensive and seamless care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and legal requirements.

• Deliver psychoeducational resources to clients and their families to promote understanding of mental health issues and equip them with coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
