Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable overnight caregivers to join our growing team in the Oshkosh area.

Overnight care is about more than simply being presentits about providing comfort, safety, reassurance, and peace of mind during the hours clients need support the most. As an overnight caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while offering families confidence that their loved ones are receiving compassionate care throughout the night.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your journey in home care, we provide paid training, shadow shifts, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist clients with overnight routines and personal care needs
Provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance
Support client safety, mobility, and comfort throughout the night
Assist with transfers, walking, and toileting as needed
Monitor client well-being and communicate changes in condition
Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Strong communication skills and reliability
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
Ability to pass a background check
No caregiving experience required paid training provided
