Brightwell Health is seeking a compassionate, engaging, mission-driven psychiatric nurse practitioner who has trained at an academic medical center (State program) to join our progressive  addiction medicine & co-occurring behavioral health  practice. We offer work/life balance, a generous total compensation package of $170,000 to $200,000 with and top-tier benefits package.

An Integrated Model Built for Recovery

Our practice is developing a  Recovery Health Center (RHC)model- a fully integrated approach that brings psychiatric care, addiction medicine and soon primary care together into one place. Our patients receive coordinated treatment from a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Total Compensation Package up to $170,000-200,000
• Significant bonus potential
• Weekends optional
• Flexible work schedule (32-40 hours full-time)

Seeking Candidates:

• Academic University Training - Preferred (In Person Program)
• Licensed in Maryland with as a  Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner  Certification
• Experienced with dual-diagnosis patients
• 2-4 years experience preferred
