IT Support Technician

Title: IT Support Technician Location: Baltimore, MD Duration: 4+ month contract Compensation: $25 - 29.00/hr. W2 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain reliable IT operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment. Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and basic network issues. Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments. Resolve customer issues promptly and elevate complex problems when necessary. Follow IT procedures, maintain quality standards, and identify process improvements. Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate with team members. Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT experience, specifically troubleshooting Experience with laptop imaging, printer support, and basic networking. Proficiency in Windows 11 and Linux environments. Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow SOPs independently and prioritize technical tasks. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ certification. Strong adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
