If you love people, love a fast pace, and take pride in your bar work, this is your role.The RoleThe Bartender is the anchor of Topgolf's bar experience executing every order with speed and precision, keeping the bar clean and well-stocked, and delivering the kind of warm, attentive service that turns first-time guests into regulars. Here's what you'll need to do to thrive in this role:Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving throughout the bar and venue floor; this role requires sustained physical stamina to deliver continuous guest service throughout the duration of each shiftAbility to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently, including kegs, cases of product, and bar suppliesAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions including shaking, pouring, and handling bar equipment throughout the shiftAbility to complete drink orders quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environmentAbility to work in varying temperature environments on a frequent basis, including areas near refrigeration equipment and outdoor or partially outdoor spacesAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy, high-volume venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noiseAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining focus, service standards, and guest engagement under pressureSounds like a fit?
