We are looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team for flexible day and evening hours, Monday–Saturday . We are building consistent schedules with some overlap between therapists and are looking for people who want to become a meaningful part of our team. Why Sacred Lotus is Different We intentionally keep our therapists at a sustainable pace, typically 4–5 clients per day , with 30 minutes between sessions . That time matters. It gives you the opportunity to properly transition between guests, check in with them, rebook, reset your room, breathe, and take care of your own body. We're not interested in spinning therapists through back-to-back appointments all day. We're interested in longevity. What You Can Expect 40% commission + tips Services starting at $105/hour Approximately $52/hour at baseline with average gratuity No overhead W-2 employment 15–30 hours/week Flexible day and evening scheduling Established, loyal clientele 30-minute changeovers Opportunity to grow into a Lead Therapist and take on a larger role within our team We offer training in modalities including cupping, reflexology, Reiki, sound healing, and guided meditation , and we're open to therapists with a variety of modalities and specialties. Who We're Looking For Whether you're a newer therapist or have years of experience, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the person on their table.
