Schedule

8-hour shifts, Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a travel position in Walnut Creek, CA. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
• Compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient experience at an acute care facility.
• Valid California Occupational Therapy license.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is strongly preferred.
• Experience in ARU/IPR and acute care settings is highly desirable.
