POSITION SUMMARY:

• Process and track high-volume NSA workstream email inflow and dispute updates with accuracy and efficiency
  
  

• Interpret complex arbitrator requests and provide clear, accurate responses and solutions
  
  

• Apply NSA workstream knowledge to adapt to evolving payor and arbitrator behaviors
  
  

• Monitor NSA principles, deadlines, claim status, eligibility, remits, and payor portal activity
  
  

• Maintain accurate high-volume data entry while supporting additional assigned duties
  
  

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  
  

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
  
  

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  
  

• Collaborative team player with adaptability and willingness to take on challenges
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 2+ years in customer service, healthcare, or remote work environments

COMPENSATION:


The hourly range for this position is $24.00-$26.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
