CDL-A OTR Driver | Up to $0.80/mi | Company Truck | 1099

Drive our truck — no equipment needed. We cover fuel, tolls, repairs and occupational accident insurance. Not owner-operator or lease purchase. Paid 1099, not W-2.

PAY

$0.70/mile base — loaded AND empty.

Up to +$0.10/mile performance pay. Each category is separate:

• Daily PTI — +$0.03
• Safe driving — +$0.03
• On-time pickup/delivery — +$0.02
• Home-time & dispatch cooperation — +$0.02

At 4,000 miles/week: $2,800 base · $3,200 with full performance pay.

Settlement: Sunday–Saturday · Statement Wednesday · Direct deposit Thursday.

FREIGHT

Dry van · Lightweight · Mostly drop-and-hook · No-touch · No endorsements.

We work with major national retailers, shippers and brokers to keep trucks moving.

HOME TIME

4 weeks OTR → up to 4 days home

Or: 3 weeks OTR → up to 3 days home. This rotation does not earn the
home-time bonus, so total pay tops out at $0.78/mile instead of $0.80.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Four policies that do not change. Better you know now.

1. 1099 — Company equipment, fuel, tolls and repairs. Not owner-operator or lease purchase. You handle your taxes. No health insurance or 401(k).

2. SAMSARA CAMERA — Dual-facing camera in every truck. Both cameras stay active while driving; inward-facing may be turned off when parked. Footage may also support disputed incidents or DataQs challenges when appropriate.

3. VIOLATIONS — $250 per DOT violation point. If caused by a properly reported equipment defect we had not repaired, the charge stays with us. First violation: charged. Second: charged + contract ends.

We are strict about safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• Age min 23 years old and max 55 years old
• Valid CDL-A
• 2+ years verifiable CDL-A OTR experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate in English as required for commercial driving
• Meet company/insurance MVR & PSP requirements
• No unresolved DOT SAP program

MVR, PSP & SAP

We review MVR and PSP before approval.

We will ask: “When we check your MVR and PSP, what will we find? Please tell us now.”

Something on your record does not automatically disqualify you. Eligibility depends on the violation, age, severity and insurance requirements.

What creates a problem is discovering something on the report that was not disclosed.

Completed SAP? We need completion documentation. “Almost finished” is not finished.

FAIR CHANCE

A criminal record does not automatically disqualify you. Driving history, MVR, PSP and insurance eligibility are reviewed separately.
