Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Digital Strategist will manage client email programs, oversee content creation and production processes, and analyze email performance metrics while providing guidance to junior team members. Key responsibilities Oversees the email content creation and production processes, ensuring alignment with client voices and best practices Collaborates with podmates and clients to review, edit, and approve email content while managing the email reporting process Delegates tasks to junior team members and provides guidance and feedback on their work Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in email fundraising or a similar field Mastery of 3+ common CRMs or fundraising platforms (e.g., ActionKit, ActBlue) Proficiency in HTML and CSS for managing email programs Strong creative writing skills with a focus on fundraising content Ability to manage large clients independently
