Store Manager

The Store Manager leads all retail store operations focusing on quality and service to ensure a memorable customer experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations including opening & closing, work order management, and conducting CICO (Check-In, Check-Out) procedures. Provide high levels of customer service, address complaints and warranty issues promptly. Staff and schedule the team and make necessary adjustments. Manage inventory, loss prevention, and proper cash handling. Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators such as NPS, time to serve, job completion, and customer conversion. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with field leaders to certify technicians and ensure quality installations or repairs. Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance and recordkeeping. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods. Working at elevated heights and remaining on feet for extended periods. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience, with at least 3 years in a retail or service center environment (automotive experience preferred). Valid state‑issued driver’s license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web applications. Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
