Job Description

What you'll do

• Inspect vacuum envelope mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Interpret schematics and use measuring tools such as optical comparators, calipers, and microscopes
• Assemble components using small hand tools and precision equipment
• Maintain production flow to meet weekly schedule requirements
• Follow detailed instructions and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area

What you need

• Experience working with small parts, hand tools, and microscopes (required)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (required)
• Ability to lift 5-20 lbs and work in a team environment (required)
• Tig welding, brazing, and clean room experience (advantage)
• Familiarity with FOD control and geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (advantage)
• U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)

Salary Range:
$39,000.00-$52,000.000
