They improve the quality of life for every patient. The RN oversees a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians. They conduct patient observations, measure statistics, and set up machines. This role is all about the relationships and bonds created with patients and their families. Registered Nurses provide high-quality care to patients suffering from advanced chronic kidney disease. End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is the most advanced stage of this condition.
