Lease-Up Community Manager - Luxury 55+ Apts (Charlotte)

Greystar is seeking a Lease-Up Community Manager for Album Mallard Creek in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will oversee all operations, drive leasing goals, and foster a vibrant resident culture for our Active Adult community. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of Community Manager experience, preferably in lease-up. Strong financial management and customer service skills are essential.
