Sourcing Manager

Supporting timely and cost-effective access to production materials, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will develop and manage sourcing strategies, oversee supplier relationships, and monitor inventory levels to enhance supply chain operations across the United States. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage sourcing and procurement strategies for production materials and services Oversee supplier relationship management, including negotiation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor demand, supply, and inventory thresholds to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support production schedules Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and inventory controls Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations to support cost and quality objectives Proficiency with procurement, ERP, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office or similar tools
