Jim is a second-generation State Farm Agent, licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Jim leads a dynamic team of four dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
