Job Overview As a Certified Make‑Up Artist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., you will combine your creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming, personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to support in‑store events and maintain the store’s visual merchandising to differentiate our brand against competitors. Responsibilities Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment. Support in‑store events and collaborate with teammates to create impactful customer experiences. Maintain high visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers. Qualifications Certified in make‑up artistry or prior retail make‑up experience is preferred; amateur level experience is welcome if you can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. Experience using retail point‑of‑sale software. Proof of right to live and work in the country (if invited for an interview). Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.50 to $20.00. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget.
