We offer a performance-based, hands-on, customer-focused role as Branch Manager in Training (BMIT), responsible for delivering results related to branch sales goals, customer expectations, and compliance. The position is developmental, with a path to Branch Sales Manager. Job Responsibility Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Actively assist in meeting the Branch’s performance metrics, use sales tools, provide exceptional customer experiences, generate new customer growth, manage loan portfolio, present solutions, build trust, deploy marketing efforts, and track marketing outcomes. Job Responsibilities Cont. Operations, Compliance, & Collections: Assist in managing P&L, maintain accuracy, adhere to policies, cash control, entry of customer info, perform collection activities, and complete other duties. Team & Leadership: Work closely with a positive team environment, support others, manage daily operations, communicate with customers and employees under supervision of Branch Sales Manager and Divisional Director of Operations. Education Required High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Experience Required Sales and/or customer service experience, or equivalent. Preferred one year in sales, retail, banking, or collections. Knowledge Required Strong math skills, verbal communication, reading and writing, compliance, computer proficiency, composure, negotiating, process following, business relationship building. Physical Requirements Standing, sitting, walking, bending, etc. Lifting less than 20 lbs., driving required. Exposure to outdoor elements, cleaning, office equipment. Travel Valid driver’s license, insured transportation, ability to travel within division for marketing, collections, staffing, events, banking responsibilities. Attire Professional attire with slacks or jeans and appropriate shoes. Dress accordingly to business. Other Must be 18 (except in AL where the age requirement is 19), eligible to work in the USA, and able to pass background checks. Regular attendance required. Schedules may change; overtime may be required.
