Pay Starting at $20 per hour + Twice a Month Mileage ReimbursementLocation: Beaverton & Hillsboro areasSchedule: Monday–Friday | 5am startA Day in the Life as a Merchandiser:Merchandisers play a key role in the success of Maletis Beverage. In this hands-on role, you’ll represent our brand in grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and organizing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.Merchandisers are provided a company phone to track hours, mileage, and communicate with leaders and teammates.What You’ll Do:Merchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non-alcoholic beveragesTravel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accountsMove product from backstock or delivery pallets to shelves and displaysBuild and maintain product displays to increase salesStock coolers, shelves, and floor displaysUse manual equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, cart, U-boat)Keep work areas clean, safe, and organizedAccurately track time and mileageCommunicate regularly with your Team Lead and ManagerProvide professional, friendly customer serviceWhat We’re Looking For:Must be 18 years of age or olderValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a good driving recordComfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft appsAble to work independently and manage daily prioritiesReliable, professional, and customer-focusedAble to work at least 6-8 weeks between May-SeptemberPhysical Requirements:Lift/carry up to 35 lbs frequentlyPush/pull up to 100 lbs (with the help of equipment)Stand and walk for most of the shiftBend, stoop, crouch, and regularly use hands and armsWhy Work for Maletis:Weekends OffPaid holidaysEmployee discounts on beverages and apparelStable, consistent workAbout Maletis:Maletis Beverage is a local, 4th generation, family-owned beverage distributor that was founded in 1935.
