Key Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of various warehouse equipment and inventory management devices. Remove pallets of finished products from packaging lines in a timely manner and move them to the designated area. Deliver raw materials to the packaging lines promptly to prevent line shutdowns. Load finished goods pallets into trailers to maximize safe transport and minimize product damage; create accurate and timely Bills of Lading. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for receiving, loading, and unloading trucks and adhere to all company policies and regulations. Inspect finished goods for quality and accuracy as they are scanned and loaded into the finished goods warehouse per the verification SOP. Ensure equipment is in good condition and report any mechanical defects immediately. Perform daily or weekly cleaning of shipping & receiving areas, equipment, and fork trucks. Accurately receive, count, identify, and inspect all incoming goods using purchase orders as a guide; coordinate with supervisors to adjust PO/RPO as needed. Monitor all incoming bulk loads to ensure safe unloading and transfer into bulk storage tanks. Assist in preparing all incoming packaging components and raw materials for storage using optimal space utilization or as directed. Maintain completed receiving records including freight bills, packing lists, purchase orders, etc. and forward to supervisor. Conduct daily cycle counts; search all locations to ensure accurate counts. Review and inspect returned goods for quality; follow Product Disposition Form for restock decisions. Assist receiving employees in reworking product returns, including inspecting, re‑labeling, re‑pouring, or re‑packing materials for shipping to meet customer orders. Be familiar with all safety procedures for handling raw materials or heavy loads and use personal protective equipment as required. Ensure all safety rules are followed; notify supervisor of unsafe procedures or equipment for immediate correction. Assist in other warehouse or production areas as directed by supervisor. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for periods of up to 4 hours; perform repetitive bending, stretching, and use PPE. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English. Problem‑solving ability with high analytical skill. Basic math skills at the high‑school level; completed forklift training. Integrity, honesty, and discretion; willingness to work independently with minimal supervision. Punctuality and reliability; consistent adherence to established procedures and policies. Action‑oriented; proactive in taking on challenging tasks. Team player who collaborates effectively and seeks win‑win solutions.
