Sports And Orthopedic Specialists P is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering exceptional orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care. - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience in orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
