Why Drive for Leavitt's?
Leavitt's is a family-owned company built on integrity, consistency, and taking care of drivers the right way. Founded in 1958, Leavitt's has grown into one of the most respected carriers in the Western U.S.-without losing its family-first mindset.
Leavitt's regional model gives drivers predictable routes, familiar lanes, and more time at home, all while delivering some of the strongest pay on the West Coast. And we're hiring in your local area! If you're looking for stability, respect, and a company you can build a long-term career with, Leavitt's is ready to roll.
CDL A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Reliable regional earnings. Drivers earn up to $86,000 per year*, with consistent freight and dependable weekly miles.
- Pay that rewards commitment. Start at 64CPM, earn up to 17CPM in accessorial pay based on the load, and add up to 6CPM in loyalty pay, earned from day one.*
- Home time you can plan around. Get home as often as weekly, with many drivers resetting on weekends.
- Extra pay for the work you do. Earn up to $100 tarp pay*, adding meaningful upside to weekly paychecks.
Benefits & Equipment That Set You Up Right
- Benefits that cost you nothing. Enjoy 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, starting with coverage that protects you and your family.
- Retirement and long-term rewards. Build your future with a 401(k) and 4% company match, plus loyalty-based pay increases.*
- Comfortable, reliable equipment. Drive late-model Kenworth trucks with 12-speed auto-shift transmissions and no slip seating.
- Extras that make life on the road easier. Take advantage of paid orientation travel and training, pet & rider policies, no-fee per diem, and a $2,000 driver referral bonus.
All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
