Experiential Designer, Senior Associate

Experiential Designer, Senior Associate Wayfair is seeking a Experiential Designer to help expand and evolve our brand across physical retail and campaigns. From day one, you'll partner with creative directors, copywriters, marketing, and production teams to build and scale retail assets. You'll concept and execute experiential projects, helping bring a cohesive, consumer-facing vision to life across in-store touchpoints. A portfolio submission is required for consideration. What You'll Do: Partner with creative directors, copywriters, marketing, and production teams Build and scale retail assets Concept and execute experiential projects Who You Are: BFA in Graphic Design, or related creative field, or equivalent training 2 - 5 years of experience designing in a creative environment Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Excellent at brainstorming and generating creative ideas Ability to see things from both a creative and business point of view Experience designing for a variety of mediums, including print and digital Strong interpersonal and communication skills Embodies and promotes a successful attitude, a positive work environment, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results A wealth of curiosity and a high-tolerance for calculated risk Endlessly curious about the customer – their passions, needs, and pain points Forward-thinking and passionate Wayfair is one of the world's largest online destinations for the home.
