Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a local company in the Port Richey, FL area.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a professional office or business setting (not retail or restaurant customer service) or call center experience. Strong telephone communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience contacting customers regarding past-due accounts are highly preferred.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Daytime schedule
- Immediate start available
- Handle inbound customer calls and manage customer accounts
- Schedule service and delivery orders
- Coordinate scheduling with the operations team
- Process billing and customer payments
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and outstanding balances
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Follow up on customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and provide professional, courteous customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office or business setting
- Call center experience preferred
- Experience making accounts receivable or past-due account calls strongly preferred
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to provide professional work references
- Experience with appointment routing or service scheduling is a plus
