Job Title – Distribution Specialist - I
Location – Frederick, MD (Onsite)
Duration – 06 months contract
Pay Rate – $23.38 USD hourly on W2
Job Description:
We are seeking a Distribution Specialist I to support daily warehouse and supply chain operations in a GMP environment. The role involves receiving and dispensing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing shipments, completing ERP transactions, and ensuring warehouse operations remain safe, clean, and inspection-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse tasks and monitor completion.
- Receive, store, and dispense GMP/non-GMP materials.
- Prepare and deliver raw materials while maintaining required temperature controls.
- Perform inventory counts and ERP transactions; investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare shipments and equipment according to procedures.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Complete forklift certification and required training.
- Collaborate with team members and support additional warehouse activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of GMP environments preferred.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
