SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise solutions such as modern Windows Server, ADS, Axure, the Microsoft 365 suite of solutions, applications, and interoperability within a larger, heterogeneous production environment requiring 24/7 uptime. This position requires on-site work. QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY : Regularly Scheduled Hours/Week: 40 (+) hours per week | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | *Extended working hours may be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures and follow applicable banking regulations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Possess sufficient mobility to work in a standard office setting. Perform repetitive hand, arm, wrist, and finger movements while handling currency, documents, and/or office equipment. Substantial time may be spent on the telephone, operating computers, reaching, sitting, and/or standing while occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must have the ability to speak and hear well enough to carry on customer interactions, conversations, and presentations both in person and over telecommunications. Have near/far visual acuity to identify customers, currency, and reading materials in printed or electronic formats. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle that can be used for business travel purposes.

MENTAL DEMANDS
The duties of this position require the ability to maintain attention to detail and complete work projects accurately in a short amount of time, despite interruptions. The employee must be able to use basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing numbers. - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required .
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer required .
- Senior-level proficiency with modern Windows Server, Entra, Active Directory, and associated technologies required .
- Comprehensive knowledge of security controls and security compliance required .
- Experience with deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting server hardware required .
- Demonstrated experience with PowerShell and other languages (Perl, Python, Bash, etc.) required .
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and utilization of the internet is required .
- Commitment to demonstrating First Security's Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Senior-level knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server platform.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Identity technologies, including Microsoft Entra and Active Directory.
- Strong working knowledge of Modern Windows Management, including Azure Arc and Intune.
- Microsoft Desktop Management - deployment and management in a distributed network.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a career track record of engineering, developing, deploying, and maintaining business-critical systems.
- Great communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, contractors, managers, third parties, and customers as needed.
- Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.
- Ability to identify and instill industry best practices.
- Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgement skills.
- Ability to establish new standards for quality, performance, and productivity.
- Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to identify priorities to accomplish a variety of tasks on schedule.
- Protect all customer information and bank operations through strict confidentiality.
- Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner, and copier, and develop proficiency with internal banking systems.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with occasional extended hours when necessary.
