Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and customize treatment plans that are goal-oriented and based on the empirical needs of clients, regularly updating these plans as required.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate client care, discussing treatment progress and strategies for improvement.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and develop comprehensive safety plans when necessary, ensuring client safety and immediate support.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation that reflects each client’s progress and aligns with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to enhance collective healing and learning among clientele.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals who are seeking support for mental health challenges at various stages of their lives. Your work will particularly focus on providing therapeutic interventions to youth and adults facing a variety of conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders.
