About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year experience License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - EP experience is a plus - 1st time travelers welcome - Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required Description: Registered Nurse needed for the Cath Lab. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. Shifts will be 4 ten-hour days per week. Call for overnight, weekends, and holidays will be required. Experience in Electrophysiology is a plus. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be held at the time of submission. Candidates must be skilled in a variety of procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations. Proficiency in managing patients undergoing advanced cardiac procedures is essential. Must be comfortable working with various medical equipment relevant to the Cath Lab. Strong teamwork and communication skills are critical in this role. The daily patient census is estimated to be between 25-30 cases. Travelers should expect to float to like units as needed based on facility needs. Brief orientation will be provided on the unit for familiarity.
