Restaurant General Manager - Lead Ops & Guest Experience

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager in Michigan to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest experience, and supervise crew and management. Youll ensure service quality, schedule, and daily performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, budgeting, inventory control, and enforcing food safety and safety standards while coaching the team toward excellence.
