As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman who enjoys leading crews, operating specialized equipment, and seeing projects through from start to finish. What We Offer Competitive annual earnings of $70,000–$150,000 , based on experience, overtime,and performance, Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth Company-provided equipment and safety gear Stable, year-round work with an established local company Supportive team environment with experienced leadership What You'll Do Operate specialized heavy equipment, including pulverizers and spreaders Lead and supervise field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Coordinate daily job site activities and assign tasks to crew members Monitor production and adjust work plans as needed to meet project goals Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA requirements Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers Maintain a positive, professional job site culture What We're Looking For 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience Previous foreman, lead operator, or crew leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of construction operations and job site safety Valid driver's license required OSHA certification is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude Schedule Monday–Friday, weekend work as needed Overtime available Build Your Future with Us!
