Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Akron, Ohio area. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes. Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems.
