Duties and Responsibilities Answer and efficiently manage all customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers to assist them with their needs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistencies in service and collective improvement on customer feedback. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge for better service delivery. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older. Friendly and professional demeanor. Customer-oriented and passionate about helping others. Willingness to learn about and understand CAP Productions’ services and policies. Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the company.
