Overview
Join our dynamic team in Milwaukee,WI as an Assembler! We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our production process. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assembling high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
