Dental Assistant (Reading, PA) - $18–$21 per hour

About the Role:

In this role, you will support our General Dentist with hands-on clinical care, patient communication, and daily chairside duties in a high-energy office. You’ll work in a positive, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, and your growth matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified)
• Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions
• Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation
• Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow

Qualifications:

• PA Registered Dental Assistant ( required )
• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• X-ray certification ( required )
• Familiarity with Dentrix ( preferred but not a requirement )
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Compensation:

• $18–$21 per hour
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Flexible schedule (4-day or 5-day workweek)
