Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Oncology (Med/Surg) travel position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Inpatient Oncology unit within a hospital setting (acute care Med/Surg)
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (must not be expired)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in Med/Surg or Oncology
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Provides acute care nursing to an inpatient oncology patient population
• Any RN who has previously worked at this facility as permanent staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• EMR experience should be listed within work history
