Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're Hiring!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Telemarketer to join our State Farm agency team. In this role, you will work warm, third-party vendor leads that we provide. Your primary responsibility will be contacting prospects, completing insurance quotes and applications, and helping move their coverage to State Farm. This is a high-activity, high-opportunity position for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable handling objections, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will also identify opportunities to bundle additional product lines when appropriate, helping customers secure well-rounded protection while increasing your earning potential. This role includes making 80-100 outbound calls per day, along with follow-up texts and emails. If you enjoy talking to people, working leads consistently, and turning conversations into results, this could be a strong fit.
