Duties Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions Draft legal documents, including memos and contracts Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with colleagues to develop transaction strategies Participate in client calls, meetings, and negotiations Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations Engage in professional development opportunities Contribute to firm programs and community involvement Requirements 3 years of corporate experience Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and good judgmentAbility to work collaboratively and independently Education JD degree from an accredited law school Certifications Admitted to practice in Washington D.C.
