Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lake In The Hills, Illinois

Key Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Hold (or eligibility for) Illinois state licensure/certification as an SLP ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience with school-based caseloads, pediatric therapy, and IEP development Background in teletherapy services a plus Strong communication and organizational abilities Familiarity with IEP digital systems; training provided if needed Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for a diverse student caseload Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development and monitoring of student progress toward goals Provide both direct and indirect services, including administrative duties and paid team meetings Adapt service delivery as needed (in-person/teletherapy options) Supervise or mentor support staff if required Engage in professional development and program-specific training Whats in it for you?
