With over 600,000 successful outcomes, EarWell® is a proven treatment option for families. Position Overview We are hiring a full‑time Clinician to work in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is based in a pediatric outpatient setting and focuses exclusively on infants. Responsibilities Treat infants using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and correct ear shapes with EarWell® Conduct evaluations of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions Build strong relationships with families throughout treatment Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals as needed Qualifications Licensed physical therapist (PT) 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts) Benefits & Compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with matching 3.5 weeks paid time off plus 7 company‑paid holidays Life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance Pay range: $85,000 – $92,500 (dependent on experience and tenure) Quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises Opportunities for internal growth and promotion Schedule and Location Traditional workweek: Monday–Thursday (varying hours) with minimal weekend work.
