Job Description What you\'ll do: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you\'ll own the full recruitment process and collaborate with hiring leaders and key stakeholders across the Bank to attract and acquire top talent. A key responsibility will be to develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive experience for candidates. Our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Bank\'s people strategy of building a workforce of highly capable, top-performing talent. What we are looking for: Responsibilities Manage full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. Partner with multiple levels of leaders, including senior leaders, to understand the hiring needs and design a recruitment strategy to find the right talent. Think strategically and creatively to proactively source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources (online databases, employee referrals, external events, professional associations, networking, research, etc.) while ensuring a pipeline of a diverse candidate slate. Create a positive candidate experience, guiding leaders on expectations and timely feedback and follow-up throughout the process. Contribute to the development of leading processes, technology and overall solutions to improve and enhance the talent acquisition function. Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, employment law, and regulations, including adherence to OFCCP requirements Qualifications 5+ years of related experience Recruitment experience in Banking industry preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate to advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and recruiting related technology. Intermediate to advanced Experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
