Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 - $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active NC PT License or eligibility to obtain one
Rehabilitation experience preferred, but passionate new grads are welcome to apply
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills to excel in a rehab setting

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient assessment and treatment planning
Experience with physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation
Ability to educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises
Strong clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
