In this on-site position, you will assist Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards, coordinate calls, delegate tasks, and manage guest needs with a strong sense of urgency. You will handle lost and found records, inventory assistance, and daily paperwork while maintaining alignment with the resort’s mission and values.
