Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use communication, teamwork, and integrity to support daily operations while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative environment that puts people first. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Saturday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related protocols throughout the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observed concerns to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned parts of the location. Monitor activity at assigned posts and help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with directions, crowd management, and/or communication during events or incidents. Minimum Requirements: Possess 1 or more years of security‑related experience. A guard card or license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
