Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

As a Lease-Purchase Flatbed Driver you'll be responsible for transporting and securing flatbed freight across regional routes, maintaining equipment, and progressing to ownership via our one-year lease-to-own program. Compensation is 80% of gross, with typical weekly gross between $7,500 and $10,000.

Your Responsibilities:

• Load securement and safe transport of flatbed freight.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain trip documentation.
• Liaise with dispatch and customers to meet delivery commitments.

Drivers run 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units and receive pet & rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
