The Hershey Company Robinson plant is seeking an HVAC and Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize plant HVAC, boilers, cooling towers, and building systems, including off-shift work. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage equipment inventories, and apply welding and plumbing tasks while adhering to GMP and safety standards. This hourly position includes a $4,000 sign‑on bonus, starting pay of $30.36–$32.57 per hour plus a $1.00 second/third shift premium, OT #J-18808-Ljbffr The Hershey Company
