Payroll Analyst

Locations: United States – Texas – Houston. Hybrid work is available, but this role requires three days a week on site. In this role, you join a collaborative payroll team with a global remit, helping ensure our colleagues across the business are supported through reliable payroll outcomes. Your work underpins trust, compliance, and continuous improvement, while giving you exposure to complex payroll environments and meaningful stakeholder relationships. What you’ll do Deliver accurate and compliant payroll outcomes by working closely with Operations, People & Culture, Finance, risk teams, the wider business, and external payroll vendors. Resolve employee and stakeholder queries, investigate issues, and turn insights into process improvements that reduce operational risk. Support high‑quality payroll processing and adherence to relevant legislation. Enhance payroll systems and procedures in a global, team‑based environment. What you bring Solid understanding of US end‑to‑end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, statutory deductions (federal, state, and local taxes), benefits, and compliance requirements. Exposure to ADP platforms (preferably Vantage) or similar payroll systems is highly regarded. Working knowledge of US payroll legislation and compliance, with an understanding of key regulatory requirements (e.g., tax withholding, reporting obligations, and year‑end processes). Strong analytical capability, including confident use of advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools to identify issues and improve outcomes. High attention to detail combined with strong organization and time‑management skills to manage multiple priorities accurately. Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team in a fast‑paced environment.
