Location: Dix Hills, NY

Shifts Available:

- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Saturday: 7a-5p (40 hours)

- Saturday: 11a-9p, & Sunday: 9a-9p (22 hours)

- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Saturday: 11a-9p (40 hours)

- Monday: 2p-9p, Saturday: 9a-9p, Sunday: 10a-9p (29 hours)

- Tuesday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Saturday: 7a-5p, & Sunday: 11a-9p (30 hours)

- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 2p-9p, Saturday: 12p-9p (30 hours)

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.

Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour
